The Palms

The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I was also impressed by the strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection, which was a huge plus as I needed to stay connected during my trip. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options to suit every taste. The setting was peaceful, and the service during breakfast was just as excellent. Everything about this stay was smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort, quality, and service. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly satisfying stay

We loved the staff, who were kind, thoughtful and very attentive. I’m sorry we did not learn the name of the lady who checked us in as she was superb! Also Saranga, the pool supervisor was very attentive, superb at his job and made us feel very special. Our room was..well, wow! No idea how we managed to get the upgrade but the suite was incredible!! All rooms face the sea, pool and garden. Restaurant was good, lovely selection of food, but the soups were my fave!

Totally enjoyed our month stay at The Palms… the staff exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We chose the all-inclusive option for convenience and were very happy with it; large selection and variety. The Staff were always willing to go above and beyond to help us and make us feel like it was our home away from home. We cannot thank all of them enough for such an enjoyable month long stay. We will be back for another extended stay… Highly suggest!!!

The hotel is big, nice garden, Food was very good and staff are kind and focus on answering customer expectations. Sea view form the rooms is nice. the sandy beach is large and clean
